Halia’s SG50 Menu
Recently inscribed as Singapore’s first UNESCO Heritage site, the Singapore Botanic Gardens is home to a few notable restaurants. A favourite among many, Halia is renowned for its European cuisine with Asian inspirations. This year, the resto curates a special SG50 menu inspired by the flavours of Orchids, our national flower. By incorporating Orchid-infused teas available at The Gardens Shop, the tribute menu proudly showcases two refreshing desserts, two cocktails and a mocktail. Our favourite has to be the Ginger & Gold Orchid dessert; featuring a refreshing combination of ice kachang granite, yuzu gel, lychee fruit and jelly light accented with a does of Golf Orchid Tea. The other must-try on the special menu definitely has to be the Singapore Jubilee, a mocktail that’s tangy and sweet with blueberries added to the homemade lemonade. This concoction is perfect for us Sassy Girls!
Halia, Singapore Botanic Gardens, 1 Cluny Road, Ginger Garden (enter via Tyersall Avenue), Singapore 259569. For reservations call (+65) 8444 1148 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
