Englishwoman Sam is already renowned with ladies across the island for her Ooberfit Boot Camps, but she also makes house calls! Specialising in HIIT-style training, she offers all clients a full fitness work-up to create a personalised program to help you achieve your goals.

Price: $100 per session; Package of 8 sessions available for $730. She also offers a special 2-visit/ 2.5hr package for those who cannot afford a regular trainer or want to continue following a programme on their own.
Competitive body builder Roz is an Aussie mum of three who’s lived in Singapore for the last 11 years, so she knows all the ins and outs of the local fitness scene. With an emphasis on results-based nutrition and fitness, she’ll help you meet your goals, whether it’s shedding pesky pounds or running a marathon! Roz offers training in her own facility, or she’ll come to you.

Amirr specialises in customising nutrition plans that will fit into your schedule and lifestyle, and fat loss for weddings and other events that you’d want to look banging for. The affable trainer competes in bodybuilding tournaments and has come second place in the 50th National Championships. Amirr trains his clients at Radiance Gym in Tanjong Pagar.

Aimee Barnes at Tangram Fitness
Certified American trainer Aimee takes a holistic, integrative approach to transforming your body, emphasising nutrition education and health coaching along with functional exercises that replicate your everyday movements and adhere to your specific lifestyle. She also offers a one-on-one 8-week foundation course teaching women the basics of proper weight-training.
Freelance trainer Jasmine is also a bit of an Instagram celebrity (check out her account for some super-quick weight training demos, along with beach body inspo). She’s certified in the hottest training trends like kettlebell and TRX, and she’s also a Muay Thai instructor!
Price: $90-$100 per session, with evening and weekend availability.
Nasrudy at GRIT
Nas (second from right) has been in the industry for eight years and he trains his clients at Grit. He has trained with some of the world’s best known fitness professionals such as Shawn Mozen from Agatsu Inc, and Scott Sonnen. He strongly believes in ageing gracefully and making the best out of every situation, and at the same time, helping you reach your fitness goals. He works as one of the trainers at HIIT boutique gym, Ritual.
Ivan McCall at Fitness Functions
With six years’ experience in Singers, Ivan and his team specialise in outdoor training that’s convenient to you. Don’t worry, they’ll even bring along the [torture] equipment that’s sure to get you into shape! Some trainers are fully certified in women’s fitness so they’ll be fully prepped to get you the body of your dreams!
