Stellar at 1-Altitude
Regular readers of Sassy will know Stellar at 1- Altitude is a regular on our ‘best of lists’. Not only is the food unique, creative and darn delicious but sitting pretty on the 62nd floor of One Raffles Place, it has some of the very best views of our fine city we have ever seen. A great one for lunch, dinner and everything in between.

The Mad Men Attic Bar
Proving that all view-centric establishments don’t need to be fancy pants, The Mad Men Attic Bar is a no-frills rooftop bar focused on having a good old-fashioned time. With generous pours (quite the rarity in Singapore), delicious bar snacks including truffle fries, weekly live music, and of course, stunning views along Boat Quay, this is one of our favourite post-work Friday night hang outs.

Fine, Chinese fare doesn’t come much better than Jing. Marvellously modern in terms of décor, this delightfully decadent venue boasts not one but two private dining rooms each with sweeping views of the river. But if a private dining room doesn’t take your fancy, go for an outside table with stunning views of the city. Open for both lunch and dinner, think dim sum weekend lunches and splash out date night dinners.

When it comes to the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay, we can’t help but feel they often get overlooked at night. Which is a shame, especially when you have restaurants with stunning views like Pollen. After being transported up into the virtual tree tops, you can expect some of the finest fare in Singapore thanks to Michelin starred Jason Atherton’s direction (they serve modern-European Mediterranean-inspired cuisine), impeccable service and breath-taking views. One of our favourite spots for sure.
Pollen, 18 Marina Gardens Drive, Singapore, 018953, www.pollen.com.sg
When you say beside the pool, you don’t immediately think great views but put all that aside when talking about Il Cielo. Located at The Hilton, beside the pool on the 24th floor, this friendly Italian boasts stunning views of the city. Not just that, but thanks to a chef who focuses on organic ingredients and has over 15 years working in Michelin-starred restaurants, this exclusive restaurant is so good, we almost didn’t want to share it with you.
Il Cielo, The Hilton Hotel, 581 Orchard Road, Singapore 238883, www3.hilton.com/en/hotels/singapore/hilton-singapore-SINHITW/dining/il-cielo.html
