Albeit just being a tiny little red dot on the map, our country has so much heritage and culture. Into its 12th run this year, National Heritage Board’s signature Singapore HeritageFest is back bigger than ever! Stretched over five weekends from now to 18 May, the festival this year is the largest edition to date with many new community partners. The Singapore HeritageFest is all about celebrating and discovering our country and you can expect to visit familiar places like places of worships, old shophouses and streets with a brand new pair of eyes and experiences and learn more about the forgotten stories of the past.
Embark on trails , catch old film screenings and attend exhibitions conducted and held along the banks of the Singapore River to our favourite heartlands in Balestier, Ang Mo Kio, Jurong, Katong and many more. We’re especially excited to check out the Deliciously Singaporean Travelling Exhibition, simply because, well, we love food too much! Oh and not to forget the Night Out at Tiong Bahru heritage walk with an interactive drawing element by Urban Sketchers Singapore.
Sassy Girls, there’s loads to do for the next few weeks so you better get to it and mark down those activities you’d like to do at the Singapore HeritageFest 2015!
