That’s right, girls, SRT’s Shakespeare in the Park is back for their 8th annual production, ready to enthrall and entertain with a fantastic performance of The Tempest.
Having captivated thousands with successful productions of Twelfth Night, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Othello, The Merchant of Venice, Macbeth and Much Ado About Nothing, this year, the seasoned cast of SRT will bring the magic of the bard’s final play to life. Featuring a world of shipwrecks, nymphs, monsters, illusion, love and family, The Tempest tells the story of Prospero, his daughter Miranda and how their lives are changed when a boat of shipwrecked survivors arrive on their desert island.
This production is set to be bigger than ever, with lavish sets by SRT’s creative team and impeccable performances from their amazing actors. So, pack your picnic blanket and get ready for a world class outdoor theatre experience you won’t want to miss!
