After a successful first run of our Sassy Girls’ Night Out despite the haze (boo!), we knew we had to plan for another one. In fact, we were already thinking about the next instalment of our next night out while the first one was in session! We didn’t have to look hard for the venue – obviously the best sky terrace bar in town Fabrika at klapsons, The Boutique Hotel is the perfect choice.
This time, we wanted all you Sassy Girls to relax and hang out undisturbed. So we arranged for a casual and fun evening with music, complimentary drinks and the freshest oysters from The Oyster Cart! We’ve heard that the special mixes by the mixologists at the bar at fabrika were really yummy so we were really excited for a taste. With Havana Club Rum as our main spirit sponsor, the girls were sipping happily on two Havana Club Rum-infused concoctions with kaffir lime, pineapple juice, fresh lemon and passionfruit and lime juice. Of course, we didn’t forget about our girls who can’t hold their tipples well – the mocktail recipe was sweet and on-point!
The night unfolded with the girls chilling out in different corners of fabrika, getting up occasionally to make a run to the bar for more drinks and to sing along to the fantastic live band on stage that night. About half an hour into the event, some girls were feeling a little peckish, and thank god for The Oyster Cart for bringing the finest oysters to us. Truthfully, the oysters were the freshest and juiciest ones we’ve tasted in a long time!
Overall, the event was an intimate and cosy one and we’re glad we managed to say Hello (massive wave!) and speak to all our readers! We always love meeting all your beautiful faces and with events like these, we feel very humbled and grateful to have your support. It truly drives us to continue doing what we do best – bringing you the freshest content!
We’d like to give our heartiest thanks to Fabrika for providing us the amazing space and band for the night, and our drink sponsor Havana Club Rum for quenching our Sassy Girls’ thirst with all the drinks. We can’t wait for the next Girls’ Night Out because they say the third’s time a charm right?
