Presenting a semi-buffet lunch that’s perfect for Sassy Girls on the go
This may be news to you foodies, but good lunches in Singapore, especially in busier areas can prove to be a challenge. Finding a spot that serves up a satisfying lunch while doubling up as a conducive venue to have a meeting may be a little bleak but sometimes, all you have to do is look a little harder. Turns out, this gem of a restaurant is a favourite of ours and with its newly-launched Semi-buffet lunch, there’s really no reason to dine anywhere else! Enter Ash & Elm, InterContinental® Singapore‘s vibrant European restaurant that features three culinary theatres namely the Charcuterie & Cheese Room, Wood-Fired Oven and Charcoal Grill.
So what can you get from this fantastic lunch buffet? Well, nothing but the best of course! Dig into an assortment of appetisers, sweets and soups at $38++, or choose to add on a main course to the spread at $48++!
Cheese fans, when you pop by for this lunch, you’ll be able to check out the Charcuterie & Cheese Room featuring cold cuts, terrine, pâté and condiments along a selection of smoked fish and European cheeses. The appetiser selection also includes a self-serve salad station and two hot soup options. As for the main course, choose from an appealing selection of mains that switch up every day, such as the Roasted French Free-Range Chicken, Slow-Braised Chicken, Scottish Salmon Fillet cooked “a la Plancha”, Grilled Teppanyaki Red Snapper Fillet and more! Now, doesn’t that mean you can lunch here two to three times a week then?
End your lunch with desserts created by pastry chef Ben Goh as he showcases a wide selection of sweets that include a must-have chocolate fountain sitting alongside a delectable presentation of tarts, cakes and fresh fruits! We also heard that there’ll be a counter serving fresh crêpes served with ice cream, Chantilly and seasonal toppings.
Now, wouldn’t this just make the perfect lunch spot if you need to impress a client? If you can’t seem to find the time to visit Ash & Elm on a weekday, we heard that their newly launched Bubbles & Brunch on Sundays from 12pm to 3pm is awesome too! Bring your family and friends and savour a selection of cheeses from around the world, along with house-made pâté, rilette, and a collection house-cured meats complemented by freshly-baked flat breads from Wood-Fired Oven. If you love fish or meat, you’re bound to love the carving station where you can hep yourself to a glorious slow baked Norwegian Salmon fillet and unlimited helpings of small plates prepared a la minute (a must try!) featuring braised beef cheeks and all-time favourite, Iberico pork chops. Oh, don’t even get us started on the cakes and pastries, too!
Pricing for Bubbles & Brunch are at $98++ (includes free flow of juices, soft drinks and DIY Bloody Mary) and $138++ per adult (includes free flow of Perrier-Jouët Brut with selection of wines and beers).
