You might have come across videos of people performing Parkour; those which usually includes extreme acts of jumping off ledges or leaping across rooftops. This is another activity that people with busy schedules can consider. Circuit training requires you to move from one workout station to another, performing sequential exercises in a cycle. Personal trainers assess one’s body and recommend an exercise routine tailored specifically for each individual. Also, gyms that offer circuit training usually allow one to visit the gym at any time, unlike traditional fitness classes where you have to adhere to the class hours. This would be a great alternative for girls who need great flexibility and personalisation for their workout.
