Everything about The Cliff screams luxury -from the fact that it’s perched overlooking the sea, the show kitchen, the cascading water features to the dining platforms perched over the jungle – this is one al fresco restaurant that’s truly hard to beat. While the menu is predominantly contemporary seafood; think seafood broth, trio of scallops and fresh oysters- meat eaters aren’t forgotten thanks to steaks, pork and even that flag of fine dining; foie gras.
