Choose from a variety of sessions from Inner Smile meditation where you direct positive interval feelings around the body through different organs to Creative Visualisation meditation which is heavily guided practice where you embark on a journey of exploration in which you are able to bring into perspective your aspirations and goals, and prepare yourself to achieve them and many more.
