Award-winning American chef David Myers has come to town. To be fair he has been “coming to town” since 2001 but now he is here to stay, at least in the form of his latest restaurant and bar. Adrift is on the ground floor of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel. Even on a Tuesday night, it’s already buzzing; the mood lighting coupled with the sexy black and gold interiors sets the scene. Myers’s dishes are playful and fun.
