With all the excitement around our city’s fabulous 50th birthday, we’re sure that you need a little something soothing to wind down after all that celebrating. Sassy is already loving these beauteous beverages but here is a little insight on what to expect from these terrific teas.
- Sentosa Sunrise – An invigorating summer blend that recalls the “sunshine-soaked shores.” This Darjeeling tea blends citrusy notes and is the perfect breakfast accompaniment, designed to kick start your morning in the most invigorating fashion.
- Marina Magic – Described as “everyday magic”, the blend is a caffeine free pick-me-up, perfect for anyone needing an extra boost. It’s calming blend of lemongrass and ginger is delicious and a great alternative to coffee.
- Amoy Amhoy – For anyone preferring a smoky oolong, the Amoy Amhoy is amazingly fragrant and my personal favourite. Paying tribute to Singaporean history, this tea has an amber shade that is stunning and takes us on a little history lesson back to the days when opium dens lined the streets of Amoy Amhoy.
- Kampong Glamour – If you love peppermint tea, the Kampong Glamour is the blend for you. This oolong blend of peppermint and lemongrass is refreshingly delicious and soothing. The dried peppermint leaves and lemongrass are locally grown on Camcrop, Singapore’s leading rooftop farm and an original flavour.
This selection of gorgeous teas is available from various retailers such as The Redundant shop, various Naiise stores and Candlenut Kitchen. More importantly, the tea will be served at the Gaggenau Kitchen’s show room so you can give them a try before you choose which one to to take home. So what are you waiting for, Sassy Girls?
