When the haze hit us, we were almost certain that it was going to blow over within a few days because, we’re really positive and hopeful gals here at Sassy. Then, two weeks passed and there are still no signs of clear skies (well, not for the next month at least). We hear all your grumbles and groans of being stuck indoors; cabin home fever is no joke girls but it doesn’t need to be an all-day drag! There are are a few things you can do to fill up your time so you won’t lose your mind…
1) Mask Up
It’s a given that you should put on your N95 mask when you’re outdoors, but when you’re at home, it’s time to show your miens some TLC. Our favourite face masks of the moment? In need of a laugh? Watch some funny or standup comedy videos. We love ourselves a good lip sync battle once in a while.
6) Catch up on sleep
Now this will put exercising to shame but hey, you can always slot in some snooze time after a good round of jumping jacks right? Besides, you need to catch up on your beauty rest after all that hours of Netflix (coming to Singers soon!).
7) Listen to music
Plug in and tune out. Lift up your spirits with some good tunes and dance like there’s no one watching. Check out this awesome playlist that should get you through the haze week.
